Return - Withdrawal from the Agreement

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract (purchase in an online store).

You can withdraw from the agreement by sending us a withdrawal form. Please fill out the form and send it to us by email (sklep@sklepzdeskami.pl) or include it in the shipment. To quickly and conveniently process the return, use the link provided here:

You can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.

The 14-day period for withdrawal from the agreement begins:

for contracts involving the delivery of goods, from the date of receiving the goods by you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, for digital content, from the date of entering into the agreement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

Return the returned item to us promptly at the following address: ul. Jeżycka 15, 60-864 Poznań - Poland, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the agreement.

We will refund the payments made by you, including the delivery costs, according to the rules indicated in the regulations, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal statement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs earlier.

Please note that the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to consumers in relation to contracts, among others:

  • for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized,
  • for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
  • for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery,
  • for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the packaging was unsealed after delivery,
  • for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Products purchased in a brick-and-mortar store are not eligible for return.

 

Exchange

In our store, it is possible to exchange a product for a different size or model within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

To take advantage of the product exchange option:

Step 1: Send the product you wish to exchange along with a completed exchange form and proof of purchase to the following address: Sklep z deskami, ul. Jeżycka 15, 60-864 Poznań - Poland, tel. 694 913 010

Step 2: Place an order for the desired product in our store, choosing the payment method - traditional bank transfer to our bank account (however, if the price of the exchanged product is the same, you do not need to make this transfer). If the exchanged product is more expensive than the originally ordered one, please pay the price difference via traditional bank transfer. If the exchanged product has a lower price, we will refund the difference to your account.

Step 3: Once we receive the returned product and any additional payment to our bank account, we will send you the exchanged product.

The Buyer bears the cost of shipping the exchanged product.

Complaints

If you are a consumer and the product purchased from us proves to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint based on warranty (for goods purchased until December 31, 2022) or non-conformity of the goods with the agreement (for goods purchased after January 1, 2023). It is best to submit a complaint to the email address: sklep@sklepzdeskami.pl or by mail to the following address: Sklep z deskami, ul. Jeżycka 15, 60-864 Poznań - Poland.

In case of a defect, you can request:

  • replacement of the item free from defects, or
  • repair of the defect.

If repair or replacement prove to be impossible, you may:

  • request a price reduction, or
  • withdraw from the agreement in case of a substantial defect.

We are responsible for defects discovered within two years from the date of issuing the item. When making a complaint, you are obliged to deliver the claimed goods to us without undue delay. Please contact us to arrange the delivery of the claimed goods at our expense.

We will respond to your complaint (provide a response) within 14 days from the date of receiving your complete complaint notification (i.e., the product with a completed complaint form).
