RIDE Insano Snowboard Boots

Who is it for? The RIDE Insano is a very stiff, aggressive snowboard boot for riders who want maximum response, stability, and direct power transfer to the board. It is made for all-mountain and powder riding, especially for riders who charge hard, ride fast, and want a boot that reacts immediately without a soft, loose feel.

The stiffest boot in the RIDE line

RIDE Insano has a 10/10 flex and is built for maximum response and full control. This is a boot for riders who drive the edge hard, ride dynamically, and expect stability in demanding conditions. Insano is not designed to feel forgiving or relaxed – its job is to hold, support, and respond as quickly as possible.

New for the 2027 season – The Closer™ 2.0 and BOA® powered by H5

For the 2027 season, Insano receives a major fit-system update. The new The Closer™ 2.0 uses a BOA® PerformFit™ Wrap powered by H5 configuration. In simple terms: instead of only pulling the shell from one point, the system wraps more evenly over the midfoot. This gives a more secure hold with fewer pressure points and a more natural flex pattern. The H5 dials also allow precise micro-adjustment – you can tighten the boot quickly or slightly loosen it during the day without fully releasing the system.

Two BOA® dials and controlled zone adjustment

The Insano uses a dual-dial BOA® Zonal Fit System. This lets you adjust different boot zones independently instead of tightening the whole shell with one movement. In practice, you can fine-tune the tension to your own riding style – lock the boot down before a faster run or slightly adjust the fit after several hours on snow.

Built for aggressive riding and long days on snow

The Insano combines Flex Slime Tongue™ 2.0, Rebound Heel Counter™ 2.0, Intuition™ Dream Liner, and the Michelin® Hybrid Traverse Outsole. The updated Flex Slime Tongue™ 2.0 supports damping, rebound, and smoother flex. Rebound Heel Counter™ 2.0 reinforces the rear of the boot and helps maintain a stiff, responsive feel. The Michelin® outsole improves traction when walking on snow, ice, and hard surfaces. Everything is built around powerful response, stability, and reliable performance in changing conditions.
