Chest: Place the measuring tape under your arms and measure around the fullest part of your chest. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Inseam: Measure from the top of the inside of your thigh down the leg to the bottom of your ankle.
