Shoulder: Measure from the middle of the back of the neck, over the top of the shoulder, along the outer side of the arm, over the elbow to the prominent wrist bone, with the arm bent at a 90-degree angle and the hand placed on the hip. Chest: Place the tape measure under the arms and measure the circumference at the widest part of the chest. Waist: Measure the circumference of the waist at the narrowest point. Hips: Measure the circumference at the widest part of the hips. Inseam: Measure from the top of the inner thigh along the leg down to the ankle. If you prefer longer pants, measure down to the bottom of the foot.
