Shoulder: Measure from the middle of the back of the neck, across the top of the shoulder, along the outside of the arm, over the elbow to the prominent bone of the wrist, with the arm bent at a 90-degree angle and the hand placed on the hip. Chest: Place the tape measure under the arms and measure the circumference at the widest part of the chest. Waist: Measure the circumference of the waist at the narrowest point. Hips: Measure the circumference at the widest point of the hips. Inseam: Measure from the top of the inside of the thigh along the leg to the bottom of the ankle. If you prefer longer pants, measure down to the bottom of the foot.
