Women’s Burton Step On® Re:Flex Snowboard Bindings
Who is it for? The Women’s Burton Step On® Re:Flex is a snowboard binding for riders who want fast, intuitive entry without traditional straps, while still keeping secure boot hold, board control, and all-day comfort. It is a good choice for all-mountain riding, groomers, learning, progression, and everyday snowboarding where simplicity and convenience matter.
Step On® – fast strapless entry
The Step On® system lets you connect your boot to the binding without using traditional straps. The design uses three connection points – two at the toe and one at the heel – to lock the boot securely in place and maintain board control. In practice, that means less bending down, faster starts after getting off the lift, and easier setup in different conditions.
Re:Flex™ – universal mounting and natural board feel
The Re:Flex™ version is compatible with current 4x4, 2x4, and Burton The Channel® mounting systems. Re:Flex™ construction helps improve natural board flex underfoot, reduces weight, and gives a more direct snowboard feel. It is a practical choice if you want to use Step On® bindings with different boards, not only Burton boards with The Channel®.

Frequently Asked Questions – Women’s Burton Step On® Re:Flex
Do women’s Burton Step On® bindings work with regular snowboard boots?
No. Burton Step On® bindings work only with Step On® snowboard boots. You need compatible Burton Step On® boots or other boots clearly marked as compatible with the Step On® system. Compatible boots are available here: women’s Step On® snowboard boots.
Do Step On® Re:Flex bindings fit every snowboard?
The Re:Flex™ version is compatible with most current snowboard mounting systems, including 4x4, 2x4, and Burton The Channel®. If you have an older Burton board with the 3D mounting system, you need additional 3D Hinge Discs, which are not included with the bindings. You can find them here: BURTON 3D DISKS.
How do I choose the right women’s Step On® binding size?
Step On® binding size must match your Step On® boot size. Correct sizing is especially important in the Step On® system because the boot connects directly to the binding’s engagement points. Check the size chart before purchase and choose the binding size that matches your exact boot size.
Is Step On® stable without traditional straps?
Yes. Step On® uses three connection points – two at the toe and one at the heel. This locks the boot securely into the binding and gives the rider board control without traditional straps.
Who is the women’s Step On® Re:Flex best for?
It is a good choice for riders who want fast entry, do not want to tighten straps after every run, and value simple operation. It works especially well for groomers, learning, progression, riding with family, and all-day all-mountain snowboarding.
