Lightweight construction designed for freestyle

The RIDE Specter 2027 is a men’s snowboard binding designed for riders looking for a lightweight, simple and flexible freestyle setup. Its mellow response and stripped-down construction provide natural board feel, increased mobility and dependable comfort during park sessions.

The 4/10 flex makes presses, butters, spins and technical riding on park features easier. The binding still provides enough stability for jumps and landings without restricting movement like a more aggressive all-mountain model.

A-Series aluminum chassis

The A-Series Aluminum Chassis provides low weight, durability and direct power transfer from the rider to the snowboard. Its narrow aluminum platform allows the board to flex more freely from nose to tail, maintaining a natural freestyle feel.

The adjustable chassis makes it easier to center the boot between the toe and heel edges of the board. The Plastic Disc provides more lateral flexibility than a rigid aluminum disc, allowing the board to move more naturally underfoot.

Minimalist highback and freedom of movement

The flat Nylon Highback provides a predictable combination of support and comfort. Its angle and flex have been optimized for freestyle riding, so the construction does not use a traditional forward-lean adjustment block. This reduces weight and keeps the binding simple and clean.

The Two-Piece Ankle Strap combines a more rigid structural section for response with a flexible urethane section that conforms around the boot. It provides secure hold without thick padding that could move or create pressure points.

Comfort and fit

The Minimalist Toe Strap 2.0 sits closer to the front of the boot and can be positioned over the toe or across the top. Its low-profile construction helps maintain the lightweight character of the binding.

The Canted Footbed supports more natural ankle and knee alignment while increasing leverage when pressing the nose and tail. The minimalist EVA A-Series Diecut Basepad reduces vibrations under the binding without adding unnecessary weight.
