Burton Blossom Camber Snowboard

Who is it for? The Burton Blossom Camber is a snowboard for riders who want a powerful freestyle twin with strong pop, camber precision, and stable landings. It is made for intermediate and advanced snowboarders who like park laps, jumps, side hits, switch riding, and creative use of the whole mountain, while still wanting a more dynamic feel than softer jib-focused boards.

Freestyle without limits – true twin, camber, and carbon snap

The Burton Blossom Camber was built as a creative freestyle board for riders who want a strong platform for spins, jumps, and riding in both directions. The classic Camber profile delivers dynamic pop, precise edge hold, and stability at higher speeds. The symmetrical Twin shape makes the board feel natural regular and switch, while the Carbon I-Beam™ reinforcement adds energy and fast response.

Camber, Twin shape, and The Channel®

The Blossom is for riders who want the classic spring and control of camber in a full freestyle platform. Twin Shape and Twin Flex create an even feel from nose to tail, which matters for spins, switch riding, and landings. The Channel® mounting system lets you fine-tune your stance width, binding angles, and binding position – from a park-focused setup to a more versatile all-mountain stance.

Key solutions and benefits

  • Camber: classic board bend that provides powerful pop, precise control, and strong edge hold at higher speeds.
  • Twin Shape: symmetrical board shape that feels the same regular and switch, making it ideal for freestyle riding.
  • Twin Flex: even flex from nose to tail supports spins, landings, and predictable riding in both directions.
  • Super Fly II™ 700G Core: a lightweight wood core that reduces weight while keeping the board lively, snappy, and full of pop.
  • Dualzone™ EGD™: engineered wood grain placement along the edges improves edge hold, response, and control.
  • Triax™ with Carbon I-Beam™: Triax™ fiberglass with a carbon reinforcement from tip to tail increases response, snap, and dynamic pop.
  • Sintered WFO Base: a fast sintered base that absorbs wax well and is built for strong riding throughout the season.
  • Pro-Tip™: reduced thickness in the tip and tail lowers swing weight and makes rotations easier.
  • Infinite Ride™: technology designed to help the board keep its intended flex and pop over time.
  • Super Sap® Epoxy: bio-based epoxy used to help reduce the environmental impact of production.
  • The Channel®: Burton’s mounting system allows very precise binding adjustment and works with Burton EST®, Burton Re:Flex™, and many bindings from other brands when used with the correct discs.
  • 3-year warranty: Burton snowboards with The Channel® mounting system are backed by a 3-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions – Burton Blossom and The Channel® system

Is the Burton Blossom mainly a park board?
Yes, the Blossom has a strong freestyle focus. True Twin shape, Twin flex, camber, and carbon reinforcement make it a great choice for jumps, spins, switch riding, side hits, and creative riding across the mountain. At the same time, it is not just a soft park board – camber and a 7/10 flex give it stability at higher speeds.

How is the Blossom different from the Process Camber?
Both boards are freestyle-focused, but the Blossom is more dynamic, stronger, and more focused on pop and bigger jumps. Carbon I-Beam™ gives it faster response and more snap. The Process Camber is more versatile and slightly easier-going, while the Blossom is a better choice for riders who want a more energetic, powerful twin.

Do I need special bindings for the Burton Blossom?
The board uses The Channel® system, so your bindings need to be compatible with it. Burton EST® and Burton Re:Flex™ bindings work very well with The Channel®. Many bindings from other brands also work, but they require the correct Channel-compatible mounting discs.

How is The Channel® different from traditional 4x4 or 2x4 inserts?
The Channel® gives you more freedom to adjust your bindings. Instead of a fixed pattern of insert holes, you get a long mounting channel that makes it easier to fine-tune stance width, binding angles, and your forward or backward binding position. On a freestyle board like the Blossom, this helps you dial in your setup for park, switch riding, jumps, or more versatile all-mountain use.
