Shoulder: Measure from the center of the back of the neck, over the top of the shoulder, along the outside of the arm, above the elbow to the prominent wrist bone, with your arm bent at 90 degrees and your hand resting on your hip. Chest: Place the tape measure under your arms and measure the circumference at the fullest part of the chest. Waist: Measure around the waist at the narrowest point. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips. Inseam: Measure from the top of the inner thigh along the leg to the ankle. If you prefer longer pants, measure down the bottom of the foot.
