Stand Up Paddle (SUP) or Paddleboard is a water sport in which you stand on a large board (resembling a surfboard) and move by paddling with a single paddle. There are different types of paddle boards that serve various purposes: SUPs for touring, surfing, racing, fishing, yoga practice, wild river expeditions, multi-person boards, and more. Stand Up Paddle can be practiced individually or in a group with friends and family. It can be enjoyed by women, men, and even children.
